Operation Process
Material Feeding

Coil or bent tube stock is fed into the machine, either manually or via an unmanned decoiler.

Straightening

The tube passes through a series of straightening rollers or alignment wheels that correct curvature and deformation.

Length Measurement

A precise measurement system (encoder, optical sensor, or servo feed count) determines the required cut length.

Chipless Cutting

Instead of conventional blade sawing, the machine relies on rotary cutting and stretch-pull techniques that separate the tube without producing chips or burrs. A common approach uses 360° rotary cutting and controlled stretching/"pull-apart" cutting under two-point clamping to achieve clean ends.

Release and Discharge

The cut tubes are discharged automatically into a part collection conveyor or bin.
