This filter/oil pipe net rolling and rounding machine comes in three models with varying strip thickness, width and diameter ranges, catering to the production of internal support mesh pipes for spin-on filters, water filter elements and wire wound filter elements. Adopting mechanical rolling shear cutting and outside tube seams way, it is compatible with galvanized steel strip, tinplate and carbon steel; the Small Type, equipped with a 4.0 KW hydraulic drive system, achieves a production speed of 0-10 m/min, with overall dimensions of 2700×800×1360 mm and a host weight of 900 kg, ensuring efficient and stable processing of filter and oil pipe components.
