This project is a stainless steel wire drawing and continuous annealing production line, designed to process raw stainless steel wire into high-quality finished products through drawing, surface treatment, and heat treatment.
The entire line integrates wire drawing, cleaning, coating, drying, annealing, cooling, and take-up, featuring high automation, stable operation, low energy consumption, and consistent product quality. It is suitable for continuous large-scale industrial production.

The production line is capable of:
Reducing wire diameter from Φ4.0 mm to Φ0.8 mm
Achieving a total reduction rate of up to 92.2%
