Automatic Copper Elbow Fitting Feeding Forming Chamfering Beveling Machine
Summary
The Automatic Integrated Copper Elbow Fitting Feeding, Forming and Bevelling Machine is a fully automated solution designed for efficient processing of 6.35–12.7mm copper elbow fittings. It integrates vibrating bowl feeding, precise servo rotary positioning, hydraulic forming, flattening, and bevelling into one continuous production cycle. Equipped with Mitsubishi PLC and Weilun HMI, the machine achieves stable operation, accurate motion control, and intelligent monitoring. With a production cycle of approximately 8 seconds per piece, it ensures high consistency, excellent forming quality, and high productivity, making it ideal for large-scale 
manufacturing of copper elbow fittings.
Operation Modes
1. Startup Preparation 
Turn on the main power, press "Oil Pump Start," and ensure the vibrating feeder and material tank have enough workpieces. 
2. Jog Mode Adjustment 
In jog mode, check the main cylinder, side cylinders, feeding cylinder, suction system, and rotary table individually. 
3. Switch to Auto Mode 
Switch the selector to "Auto," press the auto start button, and the machine begins automatic cycling. 
4. Automatic Cycle Process 
The vibrating feeder supplies workpieces to the feeding mechanism. 
The turntable descends, picks up the workpiece, and transfers it to the die cavity. 
The rotary table positions the workpiece; the main and side cylinders perform shaping and flattening. 
Finished parts are released and unloaded automatically. The turntable returns, picks up the next piece, and the cycle repeats. 
5. Shutdown & Emergency 
Pressing the emergency stop immediately halts all movement. The machine also stops automatically in case of overload, safety cover opening, or workpiece misalignment.

The slider is guided by precision columns with hard-chrome plating to ensure corrosion resistance and high forming accuracy.

Features an integrated valve block and hydraulic safety loop for stable and safe operation.Taper-sealed hydraulic piping prevents leakage. 
4. High-Precision Servo Rotary Table 
Driven by 400W servo motor with RR60-60W turntable:

Center run-out ≤0.002 mm

5. Automatic Feeding System(Vibrating Bowl+Material Tank) 
The vibrating feeder ensures stable and continuous material supply. 
6. PLC+Touch Screen Intelligent Control 
Mitsubishi PLC with Weilun HMI provides intuitive operation.Supports jog adjustment and full-automatic production cycles. 
7. Comprehensive safety Protection 
Features emergency stop, overload protection, safety guards, and sensor detection.Opening any safety door triggers an immediate stop. 
8. Fully Automatic Proceesing Cycle 
Fully automated sequence from feeding to unloading ensures high efficiency.Production cycle approx. 8 seconds/pc; output 3500–4000 pcs/shift.
9. Accurate Tooling Positioning 
Upper die mounted on the main cylinder seat with ≤0.1 mm positioning error. 
10. Easy Maintenance Design 
Oil tank equipped with level/temperature sensors and magnetic debris absorber.  Electrical cabinet is neatly wired for easy maintenance.
