Fully automated, only need to manually add paper tube blanks. The paper tube is inserted into the hopper on the upper part of the forming machine, clamped by two sets of manipulators, and one is sent back to the main rotating disc of the equipment. The rotation of the main turntable causes the straw to form indentations on the straw through the two rotating pressure wheels. Then it is compressed by two manipulators so that the indentation is in the form of crease and shrinkage, and finally the finished product is automatically transported out. The main turntable can usually carry 12 straws for continuous operation. This product has high-speed production capacity.
