This machine stores the cards through the silo, and then cooperates with the PLC to control the pneumatic components and various sensors, so as to realize the actions of card feeding, hot stamping, and finished product storage. Compared with the traditional processing method, it has high efficiency, high precision, beautiful bronzing effect, and basically realizes without manual intervention

Features:

1. Use 2 sets of stepper motor module lifting mechanism, cooperate with air cylinder sliding table and Panasonic high-precision optical fiber sensor, so as to realize the automatic detection of the card, the translation of the storage tank, and the intelligent lifting of the card.
2. Use a multi-axial vacuum suction cup manipulator to accurately grasp the card and perform multi-axial movement, put the unbronzed card into the bronzing station, and put the bronzing finished product at the same time
3. The pressing power of the bronzing is a precision cylinder, and the pressing stroke, speed and pressure can be adjusted. The bronzing time and temperature can be set freely through the touch screen and the temperature control meter. The bronzing paper is automatically fed, and the feeding distance can be accurately set.
