1. The whole machine is designed according to the linear high-speed machine, and the equipment is lengthened to ensure the high yield of products. It can adapt to the rapid molding of various bottle shapes, and can adapt to the 24-hour environmental temperature change without changing the temperature of the equipment.
2. The use of aviation aluminum connecting rod structure, in order to ensure that the machine high-speed long-term operation will not be due to the center distance elongated (chain type long-term operation will be elongated center distance).
3. Using hyperbolic arm mold locking + high pressure mold locking makes the mold locking machine run more smoothly and at high speed. The clamping force is large and the seam line is small. The mould locking machine is equipped with lubricating oil distribution system, which can evenly supply lubricating oil to each joint of the hyperbolic arm and better protect the hyperbolic arm.
