5- Multi-speed Gland Dynamometer Damping Testing Machine

 

The multi-speed capping indicator is one of the equipment for testing the performance of the shock absorber in the production process. In particular, before sealing or welding the shock absorber, through testing whether its performance meets the specifications required by the technical specifications, so as to ensure the qualified quality and reliable performance of the sealed or welded shock absorber. During the detection process, a clamping can be performed on multiple speed points to draw a power diagram, mark the corresponding maximum and minimum damping force values, and automatically determine the measured value according to the preset upper and lower limit damping force values whether it is passed.

 

This dynamometer is a special testing equipment for shock absorbers developed and produced . based on the current foreign advanced technology and combined with the specific conditions of the domestic shock absorber

industry. It adopts computer (with special test software), measurement and industrial control system, etc. It has the

characteristics of convenient operation and high degree of automation.

 

The working principle of the indicator

The dynamometer adopts mechanical excitation, and the crank connecting rod mechanism drives the sliding block to make reciprocating motion. The lower end of the shock absorber is fixed on the slider, and it reciprocates along with the slider to do work: the upper end of the shock absorber is connected with the upper clamp. The resistance value of the shock absorber is detected through the measurement and control system, and the indicator diagram of the shock absorber is drawn, which is displayed on the monitor screen or printed out. In addition, the test data can be saved in the computer for recall at any time




 

6- Flanging Sealing Machine

 

The flip-type rolling sealer (hereinafter referred to as the sealer) is a special equipment for rolling and sealing and flanging

The sealing machine integrates the flanging and rolling process, and uses the automatic compensation function of the air pressure mechanism, which has high sealing quality and beautiful overall appearance after processing. This sealing machine has a high degree of automation and a wide range of applications. The equipment is equipped with a safety protection door to ensure safe operation. It is one of the key equipment on the shock absorber production line.

 

Working principle of sealing machine

This sealing machine adopts (PLC) computer programming control, uses a frequency conversion motor to drive the workpiece to rotate, and the roller cuts in a fixed angle direction horizontally, and then the hydraulic cylinder drives the roller to turn from the front fixed angle to another angle in the vertical plane. Flanging and rolling technology, while adopting the automatic compensation function of air pressure, to ensure the consistency of the quality of processed workpieces

The hydraulic pump motor uses thermal relay and AC contactor for load protection. When the motor current is greater
than the set current, the AC contactor is automatically disconnected to protect:

The overall lifting is equipped with upper and lower limit position protection functions, when it is lifted to the upper or lower limit position, it stops raising or lowering;

When the sealing machine is adjusting, if the workpiece rises beyond the range and meets the emergency stop limit, all the actions of manual adjustment will stop. When the [Manual/Auto] switch is placed in the automatic position and then back to the manual position, manual operation can be restored;

When the sealing machine is running automatically, it will stop automatically when it exceeds the working range and encounters the emergency stop limit. Put the |[Manual/Auto] switch in the manual position, and the automatic operation protection is released;

Each solenoid valve and control circuit are respectively equipped with fuses for short-circuit protection.
